In Call Volume always loud #126

I can change the media volume ok but my in call volume is always loud 
regardless of the setting in the app (HTC Velocity 4g ICS 4.03) Is this an 
issue or am I doing something wrong?

I just moved and will not have time to work on this app for a while.  Please be 
patient until I get up and running again.

Is it possible that something else is also adjusting the volume?  Also, do you 
have the "set in call volume" selected (I am presuming so) and also have the in 
call volume slider bar adjusted to where you want it?
