Connected to car, read messages fine. Car disconnected, message toast still
showed. Reconnected to car and now still get toasts but does not read SMS or
Gtalk.

Also noticed after car disconnected and reconnected that the GTalk reader toast
showed but messages would not read using TTS.

This may be happening only in cases where the service is killed by the OS.
Need to confirm.

ICA: Exit the application. Use task killer to stop any remaining A2DP Volume
services. Restart the A2DP Volume.

A friend sent me a HUGE Google Talk message that likely crashed the app. So, I
added a string trimmer to the reader in 2.9.4. I have it set to 350 characters
now. I doubt you want want anything that long read out loud anyway. The
intent was short messages. I tested it with the shorter messages and it seems
OK.
