Updated shiny display to be an icon button #100

Note: requires an npm install due to adding mui-icons

-added a toggle to swap between defult/shiny sprite -created a userinterface directory in root with the idea of holding UI settings like themes and potentially styles to lower clutter in view files and promote reusable styles

Thanks for calling out the npm install requirement. I'll pull this and give it a fuller look when I finish fighting the caching issue for individual pokemon.
