Rigging is borked for most Pokemon even when trying the convert to fbx and back to dae fix, there's also random verts similar to https://github.com/gdkchan/SPICA/issues/8
Characters seem to use Shapekeys for facial animation, included the file(.bshp) that seems to store them if you wish to take a look.
