Add setup flow #47

  1. Sign up with Auth0
  2. options.pin is "" by default
  3. (ignore for now; spin this out into a later feature) optional name setting for child (optional Kid's Name - will be used in later copy e.g. "What operations does X know"... "Welcome back, X!")
  4. add at least 3 videos your kid will like - validate youtube videos / make sure they load and play
  5. set options.pin to chosen pin ([skipped] repeat to confirm)
  6. [skipped] PIN IN MEMORY - if goto setup or parent page, keep pin. If goto any other page, purge pin
  7. START PLAYING NOW (goto play) vs [skipped] CONFIGURE THIS FOR YOUR KID! (goto parent/options page)
