Include target and actual temperatures with runaway notifications #174

It would be helpful to have the iOS notifications show the target and actual temperature on runaway event notifications.

There was some related work in #154, but alerts.py#L27 appears to be where the text of the runaway notification originates from and didn't get an update in #154.
