First action isn't received #3

As already mentioned by @DaSchaef, it seems like the very first action on the bus is always lost somehow.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. connect adapter & monitor / upload & monitor
  2. press e.g. "open door" on the indoor station
  3. nothing is received
  4. press "open door" again
  5. action is received
