Add Tailwind and shadcdn/ui

One of the first goals is to build a basic UI for the media player.

This UI should include:

• The music catalog
• The player controls (let's start with a good looking play/pause)

To kickstart this part faster we could use shadcdn/ui which provides already some of the building blocks we need
