Adds:

The ability to start the game from a splash screen
The ability to quit the game by pressing escape or -/select/back/share
Dying goes back to main menu instead of simply sitting there
Makes enemies keep a respectable distance from the player instead of nuzzling it lovingly
Fixes map not scaling with window resizes

This is looking good, merging. From there, we can work on improving the game feel, and it's time for a full code review.
