Milestone 1: player and pirate ship movement

Initial toy demo meant to fulfill the first part of the game feature set:

• Player with travel mode
• Gamepad and keyboard
• Satisfying speeds
• Ability to dock with a station with AI
• Enemy that maintains distance but chases player
