Add Levels #7

Levels are build up of Tilemaps, and as such of Tilesets. We will have support for One Way Collision platforms, to introduce this feature and later use it in #4

[x] Create Tileset with an One Way Collision Tile
[x] Create First Level
[x] Create Second Level
[x] Assemble areas, actors and objects
