For Dave's comments, we need to edit and re-run the notebook for the online update. But, for the LaTeX update, we need to edit the verbatim inputs to the book's code cells. This should only modify the code, and not touch the rest of the outputs.

We also need to put a stronger warning about the datedness of the book up front, and then refer to geographicdata.science/book as the "live" version.
