The homepage for HDU looks great and is responsive for most screens, but an unconventional ordering of information and long scrolling can confuse visitors. A previous issue asked graphic designers to design a better homepage view for mobile screens.

For this issue, we're looking for web developers to code the design. You can have a look at the design as a guide from here contributed by another contributor.
