UI Enhancement #63

Work done:

Made a navbar
Changed the color scheme
Made "Lets Start Editing" a link that will lead to the tools section
The border of tools will slightly expand when hovered on.
It is somewhat responsive in tab view

Problem Faced:

Unable to make the slider button responsive.
Unable to make it responsive in mobile view.
