Adding a " Tools and Language " feature #5

Hey, I want to add a "tools and languages" tab which would allow the user to choose their favorite languages like C++, Python, Js, Photoshop ,etc etc and display as tiny badges in their readme.

I am planning to implement, a "Checkbox button" for all the fields The design should look like this image

it should produce an output like:

C++ C C# Python Java Kotlin Dart Go Android Flutter Unity Firebase AWS MongoDB MySQL PostgreSQL TensorFlow OpenCV pytorch Figma Adobe XD Blender Git GitLab Linux
