Rotating frame simulations do not work in the steady state solver #65

Jens Kunze has found that rotating frame simulations do not work properly in the JFNK.

I suspect this is just a matter of adding the blk.omegaz arguments to the relevant RHS functions.

Still todo: Schmovement backport and the same thing in LMR.

Fixed the same problem in schmovement in 7fee770d
