semTK error when ingesting DASC 2023 ingestion package, rack-box: v12.0 and rack-box:dev #972

I did check the zipped ingestion package, it contains AGENTS.owl file.

This is a RITE issue on windows, the ingestion package contains windows paths

Not a RACK issue but a RIT issue.
