Separate min cost setting to autojoin button and background autojoin

I mainly use autojoin button and always was curious about option to autojoin giveaways only above certain cost, same option as bg autojoin has. Let me know what you think about it

I like it! Only issue is it will use old setting for background autojoin as new for AutoJoin button. And setting for background will become 0. We can fix it in chrome.runtime.onInstalled event when updating to new version.

Also, I'm wondering, are you not afraid of using the button considering announcement of suspensions?

I updated PR, and im not afraid i think is much safer than using background option. It can be even safer if you included some randomized delay between queries
