One feature that would be easy to implement, but also useful, is a mode that mutes all audio unless sending a packet.
Since this is a phone application, and android will always default to the wired audio headset, and other system sounds will go out over the cable and onto the air. This always makes me nervous, because you can't hear what's being output, and an incoming call or app like spotify could cause interference to go out over the air when using vox.
Absent a serial PTT option, I would be nice to have a checkbox in the settings that when tracking is turned on would mute all audio output at a set interval(in case another app changes it), until the right before a packet transmission, and then unmute to either a user set volume, or recall the last volume set, and then mute everything again after the packet transmits.
