Add FUDGE/FATE Dice #1

Hi! Love the dice roller. It's tiny, quick, and works well.

Decided to go about adding FUDGE/Fate dice to the program. Here's my first attempt.

Hey David, sorry it took me some time to look at the code.

Thank you very much, I've merged the FUDGE code, and I'm looking into the other patch set, which I'll comment on separately.

An APK with fudge enabled (signed with Google Play key) is here.
