NX300 signal from flash pin #11

Hello!

I want to use my NX300 camera on a mapping project.

The GNSS receiver can register the exact time of the taking photo using a sinc cable from the hot shue flash hub (l use this: http://tuffwing.com/support/Install_a_sony_hot_shoe_precision_geotag_cable.html)

It seems that on Sony camera there is a signal through this cable every time a photo is taked.

On NX300, the signal only appears on those cases where the flash wold be used (on velocitys below 1/200s; a certain right ISO and other settings...)

My intent is to take photos on 1/1250s with ISO 100 - so... no flash signal!

Is there a way to force the NX300 to emit the signal to the flash pin, so the GNSS receiver could mark the time of the photo?

Did you consider using external release cable to trigger the camera and you can also use it for your need.

I have a release cable in the USB port. It is really able to take the photo .. but I need a feed back from the camera: have the command to take a picture completely successful?!
