Bricked NX300 #12

Anyone have any ideas to fix a bricked nx300? During a standard firmware update the screen froze halfway through and now is stuck on that screen. Tried all the basics like removing battery etc. Any ideas before I throw it in the bin?

Well I dont know if you still have the camera, but this might be useful for someone else. I found in the repair manual that the board have 2 contact pads and when shorted, the camera will pull a .bin from the SD card and "de-brick" the camera. I dont know if it applies for every kind of brick or if its only for isolated cases, but its worth to try. The manual says that you need a SD card with LESS than 1gb to work. Good luck!
