hey ! gays ，how to filter the searchSeq result? How many experience score should be set #20

i have get many reasult from searchSeq function,i filter my result by pvalue and score? i don't known m i do it right,pvalue <=0.01,and score >=5,but the result have many yet,dose any have the correct empirical threshold,thanks.
