Reprint Canon Titles 45-48 (correct numbering) #90

Project Gutenberg is fine for these. The text below is a bit messy but you can pick out the chapter number from the filename:

@riddella Opened PR #96 for titles 45 to 47, 48 was added in last batch.

@ayarnell absolutely. I've missed a few of these. I plan to close them when I add the texts into the relevant random_canon.csv or reprint_canon.csv.
