I am using group manager, vault, and cloud chat. My Admins and Owners in group manager have all permissions ('*'). In the chat only admins and owners show prefixes set in group manager even though all groups have prefixes set. All the other groups do not show prefixes. I am assuming they are missing a permission that admins and owners have, but I don't know what one.
