Add "Already know" option #18

Now users don't need to translate the words they know before. Support English users only (I don't know how to write the message in other languages). Sorry for my bad English.

I still don't think I really want to add this feature since it seems like it adds complication for not much of an advantage. For that reason I'm unlikely to accept any PRs in this direction. I also don't like this particular implementation which, if I understand correctly, just leaves textboxes empty. Thanks for your contribution in any case.
