Reorder articles on pkgdown #38

Ideally, the order they show up in the menu would be: Finding events, Mapping events, Details. Right now, it's alphabetical. If nothing else, we could add numbers to the start of the titles (or filepaths, depending on what influences that order).

We need to make sure we have hurricaneexposuredata installed on the machine where we build these locally. Otherwise, it will set all the code in the examples to not execute.

Fixed this with the vignette filenames ("01...", "02...", etc.).
