Remove sections on find_events and map_events from README #44

I think these are covered in their own vignettes now? If so, we can take them out of the main vignette and point the reader to those separate articles.

Reading through it, I think that it's okay---they include the basics, but not too many details. I'm just adding some links to find out more.

I've simplified these, but we need to have the same content here that we want on the landing page of the pkgdown site, so some is still in.
