README vs main vignette #53

It looks like the first pkgdown page is using the README, rather than the noaastormevents vignette. Is there a way we can change this? Ideally, we want the README to show up on the home GitHub page, but the first vignette (noaastormevents) to show up on the home page of the pkgdown site.
