Add a script to generate screenshots/README.md #31

Addition to #30 to generate the file using a Python script.

Should probably handle missing screenshots like the Kugel theme by using the screenshot-missing.png icon.

I tested it briefly and indeed the kugel theme got the missing screenshot png
