Add Laravel Pint for code styling #27

Add Laravel Pint to enforce formatting on files. Also added Github Actions to enforce this styling on pull requests

This is good to add, and I finally reviewed this and would like this in there, but the pint version in there requires PHP 8. This branch works with PHP 7.2, so it's incompatible. I also didn't check this out until now after leaving it open for so long, so the formatting needs to be re-done. This would be good to re-do after we release a 1.0.
