Fix Windows SECURITY_DESCRIPTOR build error #69

Update Docker client package dependency to fix Windows SECURITY_DESCRIPTOR build error. This requires pull requests gearboxworks/scribeHelpers#3 and gearboxworks/scribeHelpers#5 to be accepted first.

This pull request also includes some commits for updated code documentation.

Issue: #52

I am going to commit the PR after zeroing out go.sum which I will rebuild and then commit to master.
