Integrate nonude library with the image processing on the application #13

The nonude library is now a PIP plugin you can get by

pip install nonude

https://pypi.python.org/pypi/nonude/1.1

Instructions:

The image being uploaded has to be checked, only if it passes it should be allowed to be visible on the dashboard /media/images
In case the image fails, upload it to a different folder in /media/needsapproval and the corresponding path in the DB
Do not show these images in step2 as complaints.
