Movie Texture tests plus documentation

Documentation with screen shots and demo's of X3D's <MovieTexture> node. Tests include:

• multiple movies on primitives and other meshes
• changing the movie via rolling over a scene object
• pause, (re)start and stop a movie
• Increase and decrease the movie speed
• slider bar to go to a specific frame

All demo movies shot by me, and property of Samsung.

There will be 2 Pull Requests to go with these demos: GVRf master and GVRF-Demos.

Some demo's will have an <SCRIPT> initialization error corrected in PR https://github.com/Samsung/GearVRf/pull/1804

Looks good. Planning to merge on Friday.

MovieTexture_PitchSpeed.x3d didn't play a video in my tests.

Fixed the MovieTexture_PitchSpeed.x3d demo. It now references a movie in this repository.
