CPS Software import function is sensitive to end-of-line (requires windows-style CRLF) #20

When trying to import a CSV file, if the end of line characters are not in windows format, the import fails, but gives no reason. In my case, I found out that unix-style EOL where causing the CPS import function to fail.

This is on CPS 1.27, is that right?
