Write memory from VFO #22

Now is impossible to write VFO in a memory. You are able to configure all in VFO but not the possibility of write this config in a memory. This function is very useful.

Fix. Settings--Chan set--Store Chan

Anytone have added, I think, in 2.29 firmware

Confirmed that this works in 2.29, I added a new channel from VFO mode.
