Temporarily exclude channel from scan list #45

If a channel is causing interference and stopping my scan, i'd like to be able to disable it in a scan list.

I don't want to delete it as I want to turn it back on later.

@ichilton this is already implemented. You can assign a key as Nuisance Delete, this will delete the channel from the scan list temporarily, then the radio is turned off and on again the channel will be re-added to the scan list.
