Correct APRS Reporting for Phoenix Repeaters #56

I have been trying firmware V2.32 beta which includes DMR APRS reporting. Whilst I know that the instructions state using it with Brandmeister repeaters, as there is no Brandmeister repeater within range I have tried it with a local Phoenix repeater using the Phoenix APRS contact setting of 5057.

The position reports are displayed on aprs.fi after an approximately three minute delay. However, the longitude displayed is some 80 degrees in error and the latitude is slightly out, The GPS display on the radio is showing the correct coordinates.

Following a DMR UK announcemnt that APRS reporting from the Anytone 868 is now supported, I tried it again and my postion is now being correctly displayed on aprs.fi.
