[D878] APRS, TO-CALL is wrong by default #70

When initially configuring APRS on a D878UV, TO-CALL is set to 'APDR10', which expands to 'Open Source: APRSdroid (app, Android)' on pages like aprs.fi

So please reconfigure this default to not mislead operaters, here's the document which already lists AnyTone:

I believe this is solved - TOCALL is now APAT81 in FW 1.15.
