I have saved thousands of contacts (Digital contact list) with details (name, call sign, BM ID, ...) in the radio station, but I have no access to them. They can only be used to display the caller.
if someone calls me I see his call sign but can't find out his BM ID for possible SMS sending.
Simply put, I have a huge database of contacts without the possibility of using it in any way.
Well, I would suggest access to contacts with the possibility of searching by call sign, or by name, or at least access to them similarly to Talk Group.
