RAS Keys support to access Motorola private repeaters #91

I am desperately looking for firmware which will support RAS Keys for receiving AND transmitting via RAS-protected repeaters

Context: looking for major replacement of existing radios in the professional area, but can't replace the repeaters infrastructure, which are already using RAS keys to protect repeat from unauthorized access. What is the budget of the feature such feature development? I even might consider funding it.

Unless it skips the RAS frame like Scanner, DSD and OpenGD do on their compatible machines, I think the option to ignore RAS data is essential. We will wait for improvement.

I do not believe that the RAS system will be incorporated as it is a system protected by copyright laws that prevent it from being incorporated, copied or cloned without authorization. But if ignore RAS data to allow receive.
