Real bug. I think caused by street suffix names. Have requested list of all 
suffixes 
from VA, but we should be able to do this from the feed as well.

Other known issues:
3315 Kenwick Trail, Roanoke, VA 24018 (Roanoke County)
Feed abbreviates trail as TRL

The fact that the API does not standardize (only parses) feed addresses causes 
problems with mismatched:

street direction
street name
street suffix (big problem)
address direction
city (big problem)
zip.

Merging all those issues into this one.
