Districts don't load occasionally #30

I get perpetual spinner on Chrome 13 on Linux when I try to view the districts. 
This didn't happen on election day so it is new I think.  There's no problem 
with the provinces.  Chrome build is 13.0.782.24 beta.

There's no problem on Chrome 12 on my Mac and no problem in FF 3.6 in Linux.

I'm sure I got upgraded to Chrome 13 on Friday, so that's the reason we didn't 
see this before.

Chrome 13 seems OK on Mac and Windows. Remind me what Linux distro you're 
running and what kind of machine it's on?

Problem went away.  Some sort of sporadic failure.  Worth keeping an eye on.  
It probably was not even browser or OS related.
