I fixed it to not return a 404 (it should be live in 30 minutes),  but it still 
isn't going to work because we can't parse the address.
This is one i can't fix right now, sadly, because the portion of the address it 
won't parse is the springfield, mo, 65804.
Trying to think of a workaround.

This is actually a different bug.
The way hawaii has the feed, is 99-433 supposed to fall into the range 0, 
999999 they list for street segments?
If so, i'll remove the hyphenation.

Yes, remove hyphen please. We're working with HI to get them to properly order 
segments...hopefully with a little work on both ends of this problem, 
everything will fall into place.

OKay, this is fixed and is being pushed now.
The original address you tried will give street segment not found, afaict the 
only segment in this range is even, not odd.
Maybe i missed one?
