Virginia feed is missing higher level candidate info #44

The virginia feed is missing info on senate and governor races :)
I can't easily merge in the other info we have without ending up with duplicate 
info for some races that the feed does have.

There is no governor and senate races in VA...and I don't understand your 
second sentence.

You are right, i mixed up my states.
Sigh.

As for the second sentence, what i mean is that when VIP provides candidate 
info, it has to provide all levels of it.
It is incredibly difficult to take candidate info from various sources we have, 
and try to merge it with the VIP candidate info, so that it all appears in the 
API at once.
