Google, where are you getting MN candidate info from? #49

This is not in the VIP Feed. No candidate data is.  Would recommend that if 
candidate data is not in a feed, you only display statewide races.

This data comes from AP.
Basically, AFAIK, if we are wrong, everyone else will be wrong.

Feed data has as much chance of being wrong as the other segments, so i'd 
rather track down whether this is a bad segment that has wrong congressional id 
or just broken otherwise.

Here's the thing though.
You want us to say the VIP project feeds have a better handle on correct 
candidate info for non-state races, but that's not clearly true either.

This was fixed later that night by an updated street segment file.
