Fix Service may not be running

• Add Wait resultFile if not exists yet.

Fix Killing Revit when new

• Add client on method RunTests to use the same client.
• Use the same client on RunAll method.

+Others

• Add Revit.TestRunner.SampleTestProject2.cmd to make simple tests.
• Remove System.Console.ReadKey() on Revit.TestRunner.Console
• Clear bin output on some projects to make the output more clear.

Nice! My VS changed the formating by default when saving the file, I don't know if is possible to send the base formating on the solution.
