4x4 Evolution broken in r50

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: Start 4x4 Evolution cdi

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is: that Dreamcast and sega screens appears and then 4x4 
evolution starts

But instead I see: only Dreamcast and sega screens appears. Then the emulator 
stops.

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: NullDC 1.0.4 r50

I use a NullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace build

I use the following plugins:

Sorry, now I see that is WinCE/MMU game...

you can merge into issue 61 or mark as invalid...
