No VMU beep sound #244

A simulated VMU beep sound is needed, some games use the beep to alert the 
player - for example, there's a beep in Dynamite Cop and Skies Of Arcadia when 
a secret item is nearby. Without this beep these items can only be found 
through luck.

I notice the beep is already acknowledged in the console window ("BEEP"!), so 
just a sound is needed at this point.

This is more of a design issue than a real problem. How do i output the beep ? 
from the aica sound stream or from a new one of for the vmu ?
Will get sorted on the maple rewrite, if not before it
