The game crashes when the mission starts. Tested on r135.

This issue seems to happen to me with every game I tried, and usually at
specific points in games. I don't know if a certain graphical object causes it
to trigger or what. It never used to happen before, just a case of "one day I
booted up the emulator and this issue was suddenly occuring".
Happens on both nullDC_104_r136 and nullDC-r135.

Same issue as above, getting error message "[gpf]unhandled access to : 0x14"
whenever running a game ending in a crash of the program. Something specific
graphically seems to trigger it, pause menus in games (Cap vs SNK 2 - hitting
start while in the middle of a fight) and the beginning of ikaruga when your
plane comes out of the space station. Pretty much every game seems to be
affected by this at some point.
